Shipping & returns
Physical
Each Physical work is made after it is acquired: realized once as a 12-color pigment print on 300 g fine art pearl paper, signed and numbered, rolled into its cigarette tube and packed in its carton. It leaves the studio in Paris within 10–14 days.
Delivery is complimentary, tracked and worldwide, with La Poste Colissimo. The tracking link arrives by email the day it ships.
Outside the EU, each work travels as an original work of art. Any import duties or taxes your country charges are paid by you on arrival, to the carrier or your customs service.
If a work is lost or damaged on its way to you, write to us and it will be made right.
Digital
Nothing is shipped. The token is minted straight to your wallet when you pay, and your receipt arrives by email. The artist adds a cigarette to your Human Resources PFP by hand after the opening.
Returns
Customers in the EU may withdraw from a purchase of a Physical work within 14 days of delivery. Return it in its tube and carton and you will be refunded in full once it arrives back in Paris. The cost of sending it back is yours.
A Digital token is delivered to your wallet the moment you pay: by choosing Digital you agree to that immediate delivery and so give up the 14-day right of withdrawal.
